Shipping & Returns

This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all orders from Eralo Labs (“Eralo Labs,” “we,” “us”) and forms part of our Terms of Sale.

1. Processing and handling

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment and verification. Temperature-sensitive products are prepared with cold-chain packaging and may ship on specific days to preserve integrity. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Shipping methods and cold chain

  • Cold-chain products ship in insulated, temperature-controlled packaging, expedited to limit transit time.
  • Shipments are insured and trackable; tracking is provided by email and in your dashboard.
  • A signature or compliant delivery point may be required. You are responsible for providing an accurate, lawful destination and for prompt receipt and proper storage on arrival.

3. Title and risk of loss

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be reported promptly so we can assist with the carrier and insurer.

4. Damaged, defective, or incorrect shipments

Inspect every shipment on arrival. If a product arrives damaged, defective, with a compromised cold chain, or does not match your order or its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 48 hours at support@eralolabs.com with your order number and photos. Eligible cases are resolved by replacement or credit at our discretion.

5. Returns

Because products are temperature-sensitive and supplied for research and professional use, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or temperature-exposed products, and we cannot resell returned product. Returns are limited to verified errors, defects, or transit damage handled under Section 4. Do not return any product without prior written authorization from us; unauthorized returns will not be credited.

6. Refused, undeliverable, and incorrect-address shipments

Shipments that are refused, undeliverable, or returned due to an incorrect address you provided may be subject to re-shipping costs and are not eligible for credit where product integrity cannot be assured.

7. Restrictions

We ship only to verified accounts and to destinations where the products may lawfully be received. We may decline to ship any product to any jurisdiction or party where doing so would be unlawful or where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
