This Compliance Policy explains how Eralo Labs (“Eralo Labs,” “we,” “us”) supplies its products and the obligations of every customer (“you”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Sale.
1. Research and professional use only
All products supplied by Eralo Labs are intended for research and professional use only. They are not for personal use and not for human or animal consumption unless lawfully compounded, prescribed, or administered by a licensed professional acting within their scope of practice and applicable law.
These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
2. Who may purchase
Eralo Labs sells exclusively to licensed healthcare practitioners, licensed medical facilities, licensed pharmacies, and verified businesses. We do not sell to the general public.
- Accounts require verification of a valid professional license and, where applicable, a resale or tax-exemption certificate.
- Pricing and ordering are hidden until your account is reviewed and approved.
- You must be at least 21 years old and authorized to purchase on behalf of your practice or business.
- We may decline, suspend, or revoke any account or order at our discretion, including where eligibility cannot be verified.
3. Prescription items and controlled substances
Certain products are prescription items or may be regulated under federal or state law. Where applicable, such products are dispensed solely in accordance with all applicable laws, including controlled-substance regulations, and require appropriate licensure and, where required, a valid prescription. You are responsible for confirming that any purchase is lawful in your jurisdiction and within your scope of practice.
4. Quality and documentation
Products are manufactured to cGMP-aligned standards and independently third-party tested. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) covering purity, identity, sterility, and endotoxin is made available for each lot to verified accounts. Cold-chain products are shipped temperature-controlled to protect integrity.
5. Your responsibilities
- Maintain all licenses, registrations, and permits required for your activities.
- Handle, store, label, and use all products lawfully and according to professional judgment.
- Do not resell or distribute products to ineligible parties or for unlawful purposes.
- Provide accurate account, licensing, and shipping information and keep it current.
